I just saw that magicshop.co.uk used a quote from me to sell a product (The Vanishing) on their website:
a) without asking and b) they completely changed the context of my quote Here's what they used... "it's a step forward in terms of method..." However what I really said on the Café (and the post is still there in the thread on The Vanishing if you want to check) was... "It's a step forward in terms of method (if the performing circumstances are right) but a step backwards in terms of practical application. For practical purposes I would go back to the Raven or similar device." Here's the link to the misleading quote... http://www.magicshop.co.uk/CLOSE-UP_MAGI......nfo.html Is that bad or what???

Incredible...that somebody thinks putting your name on something will sell it.
What is the world coming to ? |

I guess you're right.
If I wasn't me and saw my name promoting a product then I'd be inclined to steer well clear.
