For some years now I have been reviewing all manner of cups and balls, chop cups, wands, balls etc on my website and running a free newsletter letting people know about the reviews when they are available.

I have also been offering handling tips, videos related to cup care etc and adding these to the free newsletter.

I've never charged for this and I have spent a small, (no, large!) fortune purchasing all this stuff so that other could benefit.

There were around 300 people who joined my newsletter and recieved regular updates, however I have had other commitments and been out of the magic scene for some time.

Having recently checked out my servers I discovered that the contact details for everyone and all the newsletters had simply.... vanished....

I checked the back up's and there was nothing. How this happened I have no idea, but it did.

This was years of hard work and dedication on my part and to say that I am gutted is a huge understatement.

Due to time constraints and other projects, the decision I have to make now is whether to carry on and continue to run the site or simply let it go.

If there is stil interest out there in the reviews, hints and tips and videos then I will make a concerted effort to make time to continue.

So, here's what I am requesting. I have set up the whole newsletter infrastructure again and added it to the site in a drop down window.

If you were originally signed up to the newsletter and you are still interested then please visit http://www.cupsandballsmagic.com and re-subscribe.

If you knew other magic friends who were also signed up then pelase let them know, post perhaps on facebook etc (please don't spam people though, this is simply to let others who were signed up know what's happened because as far as people are aware the newsletters simply stopped.)

As a thank you I am giving away a free pdf teching a new cups and balls move of my own in issue 2 of the newsletter.

Hi Bri,
Thank you for your time and effort in maintaining your web page amd newsletter.
I tried to re enrol and keep getting the following error:


An Error has occurred.

      This autoresponder-6366 or member id-1534 does not match

I'm wondering if other members are running into the same issue?

Oh dear! Thanks for letting me know guys......

Let me go and take a look.. I did manage to get it working fine earlier.....

"I cleared the cache, closed and reopened the browser and....success! It worked!"

I've had a couple of people email me saying they have not ben added. Please remember that it is a double opt in. This means that after completing the form you'll get an email asking you to confirm. Sometimes that email can find its way into the junk folder so it's best to check in there if you haven't recieved it after a few minutes.
