Could someone review this for me? What actual magic routines/tricks are in there other than his T/R newspaper? Thanks.

I would say that I do not know, but I am sure the tear and restore is worth the cost of the book. It is the best routine out there.

I have the book and it's pack with newspaper magic and "flourishes," if you like to term it that way.
It is like an encyclopedia of newspaper magic and for the price, you should not hesitate buying if you are interested. Having said that, if you like newspaper magic, you should consider the "newer" stuff like No Tear Torn & Restored, Robert Baxt, and Leirpoll in his video Pocket Magic (I saw that long time ago, couldn't remember title clearly) has a cool newspaper trick ending. |

I think that the GA version is basically the same as no tear, but you get the benefit of ACTUALLY tearing it. It involves the same method, it just looks a lot better to me and the ending where you just "THROW" the paper out it amazing.

The Gene Anderson method is the method that most (not all) professional magicians (who perform a t&r newspaper) use in their performances and it's a great routine to start with if you want to perform a T&R newspaper trick.
Other versions out there that I've seen done by professionals include the Alan Shaxon method, the Pat Page 10 second tear, and the Elmlsey version (Nick Lewin does this in his overlooked act). Jeremy |

Yes, I already use the Gene Anderson T and R newspaper, got it separately. Just interested in what other type of newspaper magic items are in the book...Thanks.
