I had to make a choice this time around..rhine's dice or Tony Curtis' upcoming Bermuda Medallion... I went with the Medallion (that will also be made by Magic Wagon).

I received tracking information this morning that my Rhine's Dice is out for delivery after only THREE days! Amazing quick service from Magic Wagon!

Are you sure this version of the dice ladder uses the same method as that used by Del Ray? I believe they're quite different.
Like Bonnie Raitt said, "I miss Little Feat more than I miss being 8 years old." Thanks for the concerts + recordings, Lowell, Richie, and Paul!

Having just received my very own Rhyne's Dice this morning - I am SURE it uses a different method than Del Ray's dice ladder trick used. The magic wagon apparatus is elegant and the trick is fabulous (IMHO)

I do have to chime in here and say that I have always been impressed by Magic Wagon's products and customer service.
But this time, I am truly astonished! I ordered Rhine's Dice early Sunday morning and it arrived this morning, perfectly packed and complete. Keep in mind, this was shipped from Thailand! As for the prop itself, I can't speak to whether or not the method compares to that used by Del Ray, but this is a typically elegant MW piece that is simply not paid justice by the web site photo! I don't know if it will become an item that I actually use in performance (but my mind is racing with ideas), but this one is a definite keeper! e |

Hi Tony The Bermuda Medallion is based on the original Al Koran medallion effect but no number force is now required. I will update again regarding its release shortly. Tony

Del's Dice Drop was ungaffed.
The Magic Wagon Dice Drop is gaffed. So "no" they're not the same in that sense. Del could afford to be much more clever with the gaff.......and he was......although the gaffs used are identical in both. |

I have to say that this also was my first dealings with Magic Wagon and it was great. I made my purchase on Monday and it arrived in Pennsylvania today in perfect condition. The effect is just as described and the apprentice is beautifully made. Well worth the price.

My reference was to Del's classic routine as shown in the video with Dick Cavett.....and performed on his table.
If he had another drop he used occasionally......sans table, OK. |

Well all this praise for Magic Wagon but not in my experience .
I have sent them 3 emails with reference purchasing Rhines Dice and asking if they will be having any more as the Web site shows out of stock They have not bothered to reply to me one way or another.. Having spoken to a few people it seems that they are very good when they are selling an item in stock but can't be bothered when its out of stock and that they are unlikely to re stock. an item. Ok if that's how they want to do buisseness great customer relations. |

The Magic Wagon staff have always answered all my emails promptly and VERY kindly, even the firsts ones (before I bought my first items) inquiring about some of their "sold out" effects, etc.
For me, as well as for the other MW collectors I know, their customer service is definitely top! Is it possible that your emails got into their spambox? Do you have their hotmail address? Simon |

Just to chime in with my customer support experience with the team at Magic Wagon. I have ALWAYS received (usually within 12 hours) rapid replies to eMails. The staff has gone out of their way to be polite and helpful to me. The delivery of ordered products is ridiculously quick. I had a rare defect in one item and they went way over the top in fixing the problem and getting the trick back to me. I couldn't be happier with all of my dealings with them.
(I do wish they would not make things in such limited amounts and consider remaking some of the more popular items.) |

If you register on the Magic Wagon website, they will always inform you when
a new item is available and you will have a window of around two days to purchase the item before it runs out. I generally find their service prompt and congenial. |
