Speaking of TV, I was just wondering what are some of your old favorite TV shows, that are really pretty good shows, still having appeal, but for some reason they  just NEVER show re-runs of them, not even on TV land or any of those channels. They  just kind of float around in never never land somewhere.
I haven't seen Gomer Pyle USMC in ages. The Munsters and the Adam's Family are no longer aired. I used to love a show called the Equalizer, but he's gone. No more "Three's Company", "Mork and Mindy", and "Adam 12" There's really just a bunch of them that just never get the courtesy of a frickin' re-run. What shows do you miss? First one to say the "Brady Bunch" gets shot. Â

ME TV reruns quite a few of the old classics, among them "Car 54 Where Are You?" and "The Phil Silvers Show" (aka "Sgt. Bilko"), two classics by Nate Hiken that pretty much created the mold for ensemble style sitcoms.
I wish they'd show "Have Gun, Will Travel." |

I think people would rather watch all the reality crap that's out there these days. Not me, but people.
Andy Richter Controls The Universe was a pretty good show. I miss that. Also, The Carol Burnett show. Ron :)

Nobody has mentioned "Hawaii Five O" yet. I can just hear the theme music now.
And "Mission Impossible" & "Get Smart" *sigh*

I liked the NBC Mystery Movie series so much, I even used the music for my first dove act.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1S_6IVGhwQI Henry Mancini's music is the greatest!

If I remember correctly there was an NBC series that followed it called Thriller, hosted by Boris Karloff at 9pm EST which were strange mysterious stories.
