I would simply call Fender and ask them what is the best route for you to go.

I personally have never had a Problem with my Microphone and it does not pick up my breathing at all. Do you have a Windscreen on your Microphone? If not that could be your problem. I am a big guy and tire out easily so I breathe heavily and still never had a problem.

Yes, I do have a windscreen on the mic. Thanks for the advice....it's funny - I didn't even think to call Fender to discuss this. Tony
