Thanks for the tips, Danny. Good insights, Dreadnought. And thanks for the nice quote from Henry Hill, Bob.

In regards to these two Chechen terrorists I think they might have received training from a foreign terrorist organization on resisting interrogation. I don't believe the surviving terrorist is telling the truth when he says he was "self radicalized." That's my opinion. I smell an outside foreign terrorist organization involved in this attack. I think there is a lot that our government bureaucracies simply don't know or understand about this terrorist threat overseas. It is my opinion that various Islamic terrorist organizations and insurgencies around the world are being incorporated or linked up with al-queda and that al-queda is also decentralizing. Al-queda is becoming more of an Islamic terrorist brand now than a centralized organization. Al-queda and al-queda linked terrorist organizations could also be seeking to launch smaller, tinier attacks using tiny cells or sleeper cells and staying away from the bigger more spectacular attacks. Civilian police officers and investigators are very skilled in interrogation and I think in many cases better than many military interrogators. Their are some very skilled, clever and smart civilian police and investigators who are really good at interrogation and getting information. But then again, this terrorist, given that he was read his Miranda rights, was smart enough to remain silent, which makes interrogation difficult even for civilian police officers and investigators. Which was one out of many reasons why I think he should have been designated an "enemy combatant."

My favorite and most used methods were after establishing rapport which establishes trust, I would then advise a person of their rights, there is no set wording, they just have to be adivsed of their right to remain silent and counsel. Instead of the old, "You have the right to remain silent..." I just introduced my self in a friendly non-threatening way, and then said: "In order to cover all our bases, we have to question all the witnesses in reference to ____________. We just want to know what you [saw or heard]. If you don't know anything that's fine, we just need a record of that. If you don't feel comfortable talking to us at the moment then that is fine as well. Many people feel a little uncomfortable talking to us and some have found that having someone else here with them helps to lessen the feeling. If you want we can call someone for you." Silence is really powerful. If I suspect a person is going to play hard ball, then I will just straight up advise them of their rights. State of Louisiana says that a person has a right to a telephone call [Louisiana also says witnesses have to mirandized and that if a person is suspected fo DWI then they have to mirandized before any field sobriety test and the police cannot ask if the person was drinking or where they were coming from w/out being mirandized]. It doesn't say they have to make the call. If the person wants an attorney, we make the call for them. Until the attorney arrives, for security reasons, I sit in silence with the person. Usually they start talking on their own. Another method, if the person is bit jumpy, scared or nervous, is just to advise of Miranda, have the person sign a form, and then advise them why they are being arrested. They usually start talking. The charges do not have to be the actual charge. If a person is arrested for rape charge them with murder. If the victim is charged with murder then charge them with multiple murders. Another way is change the custodial surroundings and have an undercover officer gain the confession or necessary information. A thing to remember is that the information maybe used against them. So, if the rights are violated there are other ways to circumvent the fruit of the poison tree thing and get the same information using the information that was gained. Peace and Godspeed

I was hoping you'd elaborate on your statement that the worst thing that could happen would be trying him in Federal Court. I would argue the exact opposite.

Hi Bob,
I think he would find it a lot worse than a Federal trial, to fall into the hands of his fellow-conspiracists, if there are any, after they decided he had "talked." What I thought was somewhat surprising, was that the Federal magistrate apparently decided to go in and advise the terrorist to stop cooperating with the FBI on here own. According to her own information, it seems that she has made several foreign trips to Belgrade, Egypt, Kuwait, and the UAE - she lectured at Cairo University in 2012, that is after the Ikhwan took over the country. So start conspiracizing away! |

Seems like you've already started!
So now the DOJ and the magistrate are part of this vast conspiracy as well. It should be noted that your information regarding the magistrate appears to come from frontpagemag.com, the site of the David Horowitz Freedom Center, a far right organization which itself promotes conspiracy theories. Quote:
In its 2011 report, "Fear Incorporated: the Roots of the Islamophobia Network in the United States"[26] the Center for American Progress cited Horowitz as a prominent figure instrumental in demonizing Islam and spreading fear about an Islamic takeover of Western society. Horowitz's response was that the Center had "joined the Muslim Brotherhood.".[27] http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/David_Horow......riticism |

The other is, my experience has shown that federal forensic guys and SWAT teams are top notch, their investagative arm is pretty sub par at times. Unless, they have a lot of time to prepare, I think the actual investagation will be pretty haphazard. The prosecutors may garner a conviction, but I am always amazed at what passes for evidence. In my opinion, those guys and gals with the 3 letters on the back of their jackets tend ot over analyze stuff and fill in holes with stuff often times overlooking what was pretty obvious. This is not to say they haven't had successes. Peace and Godspeed.

Yes, they may garner a conviction. As they have in the hundreds of terrorism related attacks they've successfully prosecuted since 9/11. (As opposed to six in military tribunals.)
I was unaware that the underwear bomber and his compatriots had become martyrs. Come to think of it, I can't name any of them who've become martyrs. Then again, some seem to keep forgetting that the Constitution applies here and the defendant is an American citizen charged with a crime within the United States. |

FBI agent named Ernest Hilbert, provides a window into online grooming that targeted young transplants living in U.S. cities.
As he spent months posing on the Internet as a Chechen increasingly drawn to militant Islam, Hilbert’s alter ego was engaged by others in long conversations on Skype chat or in web forums. They told him to draw on the tenets of the Koran and his Chechen roots as an antidote to the injustices he experienced as an immigrant. http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2013-04-25......ing.html Tamerlan would have made a good undercover FBI agent.

Israel’s Debka proposes in their report, “The Tsarnaev brothers were double agents who decoyed US into terror trap,” that:
The conclusion reached by debkafile’s counterterrorism and intelligence sources is that the brothers were double agents, hired by US and Saudi intelligence to penetrate the Wahhabi jihadist networks which, helped by Saudi financial institutions, had spread across the restive Russian Caucasian. Instead, the two former Chechens betrayed their mission and went secretly over to the radical Islamist networks. http://www.debka.com/article/22914/The-T......ror-trap

Of course Debka maybe is attempting to pre-empt what would essentially be the revealing of the US-Saudi-Israeli international false-flag/terror racket, used to perpetuate a global hegemonic war that has produced for all those involved trillions of dollars in profits and unprecedented geopolitical pre-eminence. Operations where this true axis of terror is currently running, such as the ongoing sectarian bloodbath in Syria, would be endangered, if not entirely foiled, should the Boston bombings be traced directly back to an FBI false-flag operation. Whatever the case may be Woland was a Stalinist is news to me.
