Thanks for posting that you've made me feel slightly better though I'm not sure why.
Got suspended from my day job off past 5 years today. I work in a customer service call center for a UK hardware retailer and attempted some "rapport building" with a customer called Tim McVeigh. His complaint was that the store tried to do a design consultation with him over the phone rather than inviting him into the store. Needless to say; offense was taken, the word slander was mentioned, the legal department got involved and my supervisor of the past few years who I get on well with and knows my sense of humour was "speechless" during the 1st disciplinary hearing. Always wanted to go in an amusing manner but think that I've surpassed myself with this one. |
