Go to the company's website and look at their mission statement, company policies, anything you can find. Especially if you know what product they will be featuring at the trade show. I used this same strategy when I interviewed for my current job. The interviewer asked me if I knew anything about the company and I was able to tell her all about it. She later told me that nobody else had any idea what the company actually did.
