Can you explain what the "joke" is? I mean, what's the punch line? What's funny or amusing about the kidnapping, rape, and torture of 3 girls and Obama?

I doubt that if a liberal radio host made the same sort of connection of Bush to a heinous kidnapping, that conservatives would just pass it off as a "joke."

Anyway, anybody who listens to Rush knows this is standard operating procedure... find something that's objectionable/odious and connect it to Obama.
