Very cool--click on a region on the map and get links to audio and visual aids to pronunciation of that region's English dialect. I remember the days when we used to have to go to a dusty room at the Lincoln Center Performing Arts Library in order to hear recordings of specific dialects.

Landmark, this is VERY cool! But please help me. There's an enormous amount of information here and I spent a few minutes, admittedly, only a few minutes, searching, but I couldn't find a link to get me to the audio aspects. It's late, and I want to explore the site, so it'd be a great help if you could tell us how to find the audio stuff. It's probably easily ID'd but alas, I couldn't find it. Woe is me. Smile
What if the Hokey Pokey really IS what it's all about? Smile

My neighbor rang my doorbell at 2:30 a.m. this morning, can you believe that, 2:30 a.m.!? Lucky for him I was still up playing my drums.

Bob, just point and click. It's very easy. But some of my students have told me that many of the links are dead.

Hey Jeff, I totally forgot that you found this website before and we had a discussion in which I participated! Senior moments...
