I can't wait for basketball season to be over. Never did care for the sport. Probably owing to the fact that as a youngster I was too small to play the game and pretty much sucked at it. I'm a NYC native too and root for the Knicks, but I couldn't tell you a thing about their season.

But I could hit a baseball or a rubber Spalding ball in street style sawed off broomstick style stickball. I love baseball and despite their struggles these last few years, I've been a Mets fan from day one at the Polo Grounds. Prior to that a Brooklyn Dodgers fan who was at Ebbets Field twice. Emmet the Clown threw an autographed baseball up to us in the second tier as cub scouts. But when they left for LA, then the Giants, we NYC NL fans had no one but the Mets. To this day.
What if the Hokey Pokey really IS what it's all about? Smile

My neighbor rang my doorbell at 2:30 a.m. this morning, can you believe that, 2:30 a.m.!? Lucky for him I was still up playing my drums.

I'm watching this year and every year. It's the playoffs!
Looking for anyone but the Heat to prevail. The evil and much despised Celtics are out so that's a good.
Would prefer Thunder get one.

Knicks are gone, not disappointing, but hope the team keeps J.R and a few people step up and help the knicks for next year..

Though the Heat are a buy out, now I undrstand why people hate the Yankees -P

I suck at all sports equally. That's why I got into magic and theater... in a "jock" school! Smile
"There's no time to lose," I heard her say.
"Catch your dreams before they slip away."
"Dying all the time, lose your dreams and you could lose your mind.
Ain't life unkind?"

They better hurry this thing up, else they will need to delay the start of next season...
