It's all about money.

Ben invites a select group of people to join him as he turns his head into a million pounds with the aid of diamonds, uses his skills to ensure wins and losses at the casino, (I am sure Derran Brown did this a few Years Ago)

Also Ben shows how unsafe online banking can be and how easy our passwords can be hacked and attempts to steal £10k from a secure vault.

Finally, he jumps from a four-storey building.

Talking of Money has everyone got what they paid for from Ben Now ?

The TV Show was recorded back in march

If you have not got what you paid for then this is your last chance, contact him via twitter , let the press know about it , sad to say that you all have one week before Ben Earl will be yesterday's news ( especially as he won't be coming back for a second series)

The biggest problem I have had with this show is he sets up lots of interestng premises but then delivers them in a completely unbelievable lacklustre way that it stops being 'entertaining' and becomes 'irritating'...promising an amazing feat of skill or magic, then you don't actually see ANYTHING and it's over!

Biggest case in point being the Bank Heist from the last episode.

Am I the only one who thinks it would have been equally (if not more) entertaining and interesting to also see HOW he did that?
If a man can genuinely get out of a locked door, passed multiple security cameras while a)planting money on them and b) taking photos of him doing it, and also get into a High Security vault and into a lockbox to get said money and camera...put camera back...and get back into locked room....
then THAT's the magic!

To simply go 'two hours later'...'see, I did it!' is simply NOT good enough! Not even for a layman!

It would be like a magician stepping into a wooden box on stage and saying 'first I'm going to disappear...then I'm going to come back!'
Sounds great!
problem is he only 'disappears' while the door's closed....funnily enough when the door is opened 'he's back again'.....wonderful magic! no idea! lol

If anyone had to actually pay to watch these shows (i guess TV License fees apply somewhat) then THAT was the proper SCAM....

Shame because Ben has proven in the past to be a very talented card guy, especially in the theme of gambling.
I was even pleased to see him fool Penn & Teller because I felt he deserved it.

I just don't know who thought this up, but its not anywhere within the same realm of excellence he has been known for.

I found the show to be extremely boring, I only watched the last couple because my son was watching it, he thought it was boring too.
By failing to prepare, we are preparing to fail.

ManchurianMan83, I'd hardly say he "fooled" P&T. Yet got by on the semantics of what constitutes a "false" shuffle.

I won't forget you Robert.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think that was the first episode as well - at that point, the rules regarding what constitutes 'fooling' and how many guesses they get were a little sloppy.
If you watch that particular segment, you can see the look on Penn's (and more so Teller's) face when he's claiming that he didn't do any "false shuffles".
Ben's good - but he didn't fool them, not by a long shot.
