Great to hear that v.5 of Trost will be coming out this year and the Gibreath book will be great I am sure!
I guess "Mr. Jennings Takes It Easy" IS officially dead? |

No, Jennings Takes It Easy is just bumped back.
The expected order from Richard K now seems to be: Japan Ingenious, Tenyo book, Theodore DeLand, Jennings Takes It Easy. He talks about the book schedule in More Genii Speaks, the video supplement for the current issue of Genii, available to subscribers. I doubt we'll see the book of difficult Jennings material realized, but easy Jennings seems pretty far along and Richard seems strongly invested in seeing it through. |

John Lovick just posted at Genii that Hermetic Press is scheduled to publish a book of Steve Mayhew's card magic (written by Lovick), due out later this year:

Isn't Lovick writing a book on his stand-up act?
Also crossing my fingers for the Jarrow book. |

There are many books I'm looking forward to. First and foremost is the Jennings book(s); the Japanese book Kaufman is putting out this year; Scott Robinson book by Vanishing Inc; Goeffrey Latta two Magnum Opus by Minch and I would very much like also another serving of Ernest Earick works but now that he passed away, it seems quite unlikely.

Finally, after teasing it about six years ago, I'm most looking forward to Mike Caveney releasing his career in magic. To debut at MAGIC Live in August, it will be 700 pages and a two volume set. I'm really looking forward to not necessarily learning his act, but how to improve my own. Each routine he shares will be accompanied by his notes and each version of the routine as he kept changing it. Some routines are supposed to have five or six different reiterations. I think this book and Mike's thinking will go a long way of helping to learn what makes a trick work and how and when can it be made better.

The new John Bannon book is on its way to me! I've been looking forward this since it was announced.
Marshall from H&R stated that v.5 of the Nick Trost series should be out this year. I can't wait. |

Cassidy's Artful Mentalism Volume 2 is supposed to be coming out soon, and I'm sure someone mentioned a Volume 3 as well. That will be a must buy for me.
