I just looked on partycity.com and saw 2.5" sponge soccer balls! Has anybody seen these besides me? Will they work the same as regular sponge balls? Here is the link:

They talk about using them as hand exercisers, so I would suppose they're too dense for most of our uses.
No trees were killed in the making of this message, but a large number of electrons were terribly inconvenienced.

Probably not. These are made of vinyl covered heavy foam. The type used for stress or squeeze balls. They are also 2.5 inchs in diameter. So too big for most sponge work.

I use 2" sponges so it wouldn't be too big. But that vinyl covering really wouldn't work.
