Didn't know where to post this, but Its part of a card trick so I guess this is a good spot?
Im really liking this 8ball production I saw from David pen in his lecture, and it has inspired me to get a topit, I have been looking at Jay Scott Berry topits because I guess they have a "Back board" of material so you cant ever really miss the pocket, and they come with the sleeve pockets to hold out coins which I REALLY like as well... I haven't done too much research, but are there any topits that set the bar nowadays? Secondly, Does anyone know of a good person to go to for suit alterations and topit installs anywhere between San Diego, LA, and anywhere in between. Im willing to make the drive for someone that does excellent work, for a good price. Both for custom tailoring and the topit install. Im really trying to get that slim-fit look like someone from the emmeys would wear, instead of that standard "buisness" suit look. And Im not real sure how to achieve that look. Lastly, I know that RNT2 had some Mini 8Ball load balls, but they have none in stock, does anyone know any other site that sells these balls? (1 1/2 inch solid 8 ball) - Iv decided to go with a smaller one due to bulk because I want my suit to be tailored nice an slim on me.So I want to cut down on bulge. This is the Ball from RNT2 (out of stock) http://www.rnt2.com/mini-billiard-ball-8-ball.html. I signed up for email notifications when they come back in stock but Id like to get my hands on a couple of them sooner rather then later. Any help would be wonderful. Thanks! |

Hi,
You might try to locate a pool suppy company in Canada. The Canadian's like to play eight ball of large, snooker tables. Due to the fact that snooker tables don't have wood on each side of the pocket(as does standard pool tables) and have rounded, cloth covered rubber, they require smaller balls. So they play snooker and eight ball on the same table that use smaller balls. |
