I'd suggest moving the "7) Best Seating Arrangements" up to "1) Space." Not only are seating arrangements part of the space, technically speaking, but protecting your angles is so important as a magician that you don't want to bury that direction all the way down the paper. It belongs closer to the top.
I see a lot of riders. This is a really good one! |

This really isn't a Rider as much as it is a tip sheet. A Rider is actually part of and an extension of the contract. It is expected to be adhered to exactly as part of the agreement. This tip sheet, while being less direct and legal or "contract" sounding, may lead to some or many of the items not being done or being optional or simply "suggested". Perhaps for kids parties it may work a portion of the time, but not in professional markets. Even in kids or family events, I find if people are not told specifically about something and you leave it up to them, most of the time they will disregard it's contents.

You are exactly right Mindpro, this isn't a true rider, which is why I put it in quotes. We all know what a rider is and this certainly isn't one of them. The funny-kid-feel font is a dead giveaway. It is more of a tip sheet, but after using this for a bunch of shows so far it has really helped. After this last weekend I saw my tips in action and they really helped out.
However, a bowl of red peanut butter M&Ms at every party would be a nice treat Josh

I have a tip sheet, which may have gotten too long now . . .
One issue I have is with kids eating during the show. I have tried to tell them it can create a mess, which helps with some parents. I have tried tried to tell them it distracts from the show, which surprising does not stop some parents. I did find something that works 100% of the time. I tell them my show is a comedy show, and I had a party where the kids were eating during the show, and one choked from laughing with food in her mouth. This little white lie has worked wonders, while raising their esteem in me too. |

Hhhmmm, not sure how I feel about painting a picture of a child choking during my show regardless if it's the parent's fault for letting them eat. But if it works for you.

Very nicely done. By use of the colorful font and the picture of the smiling kids it does not come off as a demanding legal contract. I think a parent will respond to these tips more favorably and want to help make the party a success.
