Good thing we haven't had any nuclear wars lately. So glad there haven't been any nuclear wars. Not only because it kills a lot of people but it seems that it has almost everlasting effects on people, even those born after an attack. It was recently "discovered" nuclear war has had an impact on the reduction of baby girl births worldwide. Not only that but newborns on the west coast of the united states (hiroshima) are real susceptible to thyroid cancer because of this. People born after 1955 Have radioactive carbon in their body (i think 14). Im glad there aren't any nuclear wars.

I'm not sure of the point you're making here. I believe we are all thankful for never having experienced a nuclear war. Not a new concept.
What if the Hokey Pokey really IS what it's all about? Smile

My neighbor rang my doorbell at 2:30 a.m. this morning, can you believe that, 2:30 a.m.!? Lucky for him I was still up playing my drums.

Well the way tensions are going across the world and nations exploring low yield Tactical nukes for actual use in wars. The idea is focusing the blast in key areas like a smart bomb and cutting down the Radiation from a full power one. So in theory instead of Planet of the Apes type Armageddon you will just vaporize your target and destroy less land. Wishful thinking on their part.

There is a really good documentary on NetFlix that is streaming called the Trinity and Beyond: The Atomic Bomb Movie. It covers everything on the subject and even has all the declassified testing footage from the US and USSR. They give the locations, years tested and the yield of the bombs. Its actually scary and moving see the progress of Nuke Tech. Interesting note about the movie is the experiments that had to deal with Underwater Detionation in cetain parts of the ocean. It proved to increase the explosion about 5 fold of the nuke. Not to mention the automatic posioning of water and the eco system.

I feel safe already.

Im afraid we might. In my entire life I cant ever remember so many different wars happening all at the same time. Im thankful for this soon to be short lived peace, maybe.
