Simon of your top 10 I have them all except for the Miracle Card Frame (picture 74). I have never seen one up for sale and have been looking for a long time. If anyone has one for sale I am your man?

Forgot....I also have all of Tony's except for Boxed II I believe. Agree with everyone on the latest MW effect... its a wonderful piece and at its price I am more than satisfied with quality and effect itself and how its accomplished. Another winner from MW... these are the kinds of effects I like and buy and by the comments most others do too.... keep it going guy's.

Can I have first dibs on The crystal Mental Die then Tony? By the way thanks for the mini Phantom BTW, looking forward to receiving it. Can't believe my broadband was down when this was announced!
I'm about 10 peices behind you Simon with 40 of their effects, still have a few gaps in the collection though. I also have a Blue Phantom so I'm looking forward to comparing the two. A MW thread sounds like a good idea so I'd better spend a bit more time on here and get posting. Nick

I get it....the rest are all good just not up to the other 11. The amazing thing is that there are few if any really bad ones. Maybe ones that are so-so but not bad. These guys are so consistent for so many different effects. Just outstanding all the way around.

I am also a satisfied customer of MW. Really like Mini Phantom. As always service was lightening fast. Anyone come up with some cool patter/ routine for this yet? Why is the chip rising? What justifies doing it repeatedly? I want it to be more than just a puzzle.

Here's one...you bought this beautiful storage container at an estate sale. The deceased was a very wealthy, but crooked, Wall Street broker who had a taste for high-stakes, backroom gambling. He quit his obsession after a near fatal night, when he was accused of cheating. He grabbed his chips and was chased out of the game and nearly beaten to death. He swore it was the evil magic of the devil. Since then, he made his money honestly, but kept those fateful chips close to him as a constant reminder. Let's see if there was anything magical afoot...

Iwas out of town when my Mini Phantom arrived so I just got to play with it today.
To me this is typical and classic Magic Wagon. that si that the props are very well made and they are extremely collectable and displayable 9if that's a word). The actual effect like many of them has been around and is solid, but not spectacular in my opinion. All of the replacing the tube again and again is a little hard to justify but perhaps I just have not routined it properly. So again, I am happy with the purchase though mainly from the collectors end of it. As an aside, and this was mentioned previously, I REALLY miss the boxes! Whay was this effect not delieverd with the usual Magic Wagon box? Mine was sent (as were the ohters I believe) with each prop bagged and bubble wrapped but otherwise lose. I like to to protect and store my tricks and the boxes were / are perfect for that. At this level I think nice boxes shoudl be the norm and I hope they get back to it on the next effect or even send the purchasers of this an empty box to use. |
