Thanks Blindside!
I had a great time sharing my thoughts with you, and appreciated yours as well! I thought I saw your head bulging a little when it ended I try to give people the knowledge they want, (if I have it), rather than talk endlessly about my own personal feelings on magic. I am thrilled you liked B2B too! You are the first one with it! I hope you find great joy in its use! And now that we have a set started for you, just let me know if you have any questions, ideas, or otherwise. My door is always open friend! LokI |

Had my lecture with LokI last night. Decided to type this the next morning because I was feeling all woozy after the lecture ended at 3am on my side.
I loved his stuff as well! He shared lots of interesting information about his effects and himself (which I asked for, so...). Thanks for the great lecture, LokI! If you're a fan of LokI's work, or don't yet own LokI's DVDs, I highly recommend this lecture! Nigel |

I just finished my lecture with LokI and it was crazy amazing. So much information but what I loved most (apart from the technical aspect) is the passion LokI has. He shared lots of amazing tips and personally, it felt like a mini-workshop more than just a lecture. It also contained a lot of bonuses.
I did get B2B and I have to say it is such an amazing piece. I will not detail the effect until the official announcement but I love my gimmick as it is on me and I am ready to perform at a moment's notice. Also, the logical disconnects are in my opinion very powerful. And refills are so cheap and available everywhere. Anyhow, I will not hype an effect not yet released officially. Overall, it was a great lecture and if someone owns LokI's work, then there are tons of things to learn, and if someone does not own LokI's work, then this lecture is the best way to get them. So much food for thought. Great job LokI! |

Thank you for participating Ash!
I had a great time and that time just flew! 3 1/2 hours like that! (*snap) Much more to discuss in the future... And I loved your thoughts on SIGIL, it looks like a free update is in the works. These lectures have been going great, and it pleases me. I did not think I was "qualified" to lecture in a tour, or road-trip; but this has given me hope Maybe next year there will be a more "official" lecture. As I have found that I do not seem to have trouble filling hours with magic/mentalism/spy talk. I am just truly honored that it is being received so well. Thank you! And we still have 10 more days to lock in a spot! After that, the lectures stop; for now LokI |

Some of the bonuses of the lecture some are mentioning are:
A social ploy to make people search for magic in themselves, (and on a piece of printed paper ) Another social ploy/gag that will psychologically slow down time. An open discussion on how to control nerves/fear. (No runners leave my lecture!) Being bold and taking risks. Extra handlings and effects with my releases. Sneak previews of up-coming effects. (That I perform live). Simplification of advanced techniques. My forcing system. And more... And the feedback on "A Billet to the Brain" has been overwhelming! I felt like it was time to bring this to magic-dom, and I feel the decision came at the perfect time. It is also humbling that my lecture participants that chose B2B saw the gimmick; and then put it away to see what in the world I had planned for the lecture. It really made me feel I had made a good choice on the gimmick! (It is made by me and 3M, top quality!) ("FAX" was my "Logic Trap" #1, "B2B" is #2; and they will keep getting better. That is the plan at least I have 20 and "B2B" is a bigger logic breaker than "FAX" imho) I have been having a blast with all of you. I truly hope to continue these discussions in the future, and maybe have the opportunity to share with even more! Thank you everyone! LokI |

Oh and I guess my Double Work has been a bonus to those who were interested.
(To be fair, Jeff McBride made me swear to one day make my double work available. No get ready's, and like Ash pointed out, "It is instant, unlike the strike double.") I also cover how to manipulate the two in more advanced ways, tension sensitivity, and how to logically hand one out. Or I can show you how to hand a double out without it appearing to return to deck. (This one is one of those that you just have to see. Very hard to teach slowly, but I try ) LokI |

Thanks LokI for the kind words and I am glad you like my take on SIGIL. To me, it is the hidden gem among the lot. I am indeed shocked that it did not garner much attention. Great job on the lecture and I am glad I took part in it.

I developed the FP technique as my first personal creation. (I was having trouble doing it the hard way.) Since then it has always been an impromptu "go-to" and I have used it to fool many magicians in Vegas, as well as the paying spectator. Its strength lies in the fact that most think they know what is going on, but everything happens in the opposite direction your logic wants you to look. So they always "talk themselves out" of the actual method. It is not a complicated technique, just a fluid one using proven misdirection. The taking out of the deck, the cards selection, the signing, the security, the free choice in location; takes 97% of the routine. The actual "work" happens faster than it took you to read this very sentence. Thus it gets people; magi and lay alike I would say Paypal me 15$, and I will teach you over Skype Some of my more straightforward releases may end up this route as I may keep them for a true lecture circuit. They seem to be appreciated as the reviews on my lecture mention "bonuses"; this is the kind of work they are referring to. (Some. Everyone asks about something different.) LokI |
