I'm into video production and photography a bit myself.
Years ago I made a series af pretty nicely done DVDs about the Disney theme parks.

At one point Disney actually did contact me basically saying that they were "too professional" and asked me to modify them, which I did.
Their concern was not with the quality of the presentation but rather the use of Disney like logos.

They were correct legally, I had no right to use logos very similar to their own

However that was a nearly a decade ago. Now with YouTube and social media Disney and most other companies reccognize the power of this type if thing.
They view it as huge free marketing. They not only encourage it but they may not be able to survive without it.

Disney (the most sensitive and protective company out there) may still ask that their logo not be used but they are very happy to have footage from the parks including all sorts of copywrite protected images used all over the web.

My point is that Richard is technically correct but it is unlikely that a company like Tenyo would have any issue with mon commercial videos such as yours. Supporting the fan communities has become a neccecity for companies. In the off chance that they had an issue the net result would be an email asking you to change the opening.

In other words I wouldn't sweat it... But do remove the nail polish before Penn sues you.

The black nail is now his trade mark it is him performing the video I say leave it.

I have just come across the YouTube user "The Magic Hall" - he has ripped my video off the internet and re-uploaded it on his own channel (it is also a terrible quality re-upload).

I am all for people sharing my videos of Tenyo, but please do not re-upload them on your channel to claim as your own. Simply share the link, embed it or how about just asking me, I'd gladly help.

I created a series of DVDs about ten years ago and they got ripped of, pirated and even re-packaged and sold under other's names that I got so frustrated I just quit doing it... it was nto worth it to me.

I can never understand how or why some people do what they do.

I think it is a pity that you hide the plate with your hand everytime you put it in the device. Looks like you hide something, look like there is something wrong while you could simply insert the plate without hiding anything.
More, when all pencils are inserted you turn the props just a little bit, while you could go in a more straightforward manner and show all sides by turning the props at 360 degrees.
Not sur I'm clear sorry.
