I've had this book about a week now, and its a really good read!
For anyone getting into geek magic, this book has some great ideas, and teaches you some of the techniques used in geek magic safely! Well, as safe as can be when you hammer a nail into your nose! The book is simple to read, and well worth the wonga! http://matparrott.com/gmcb.html Jordan |

So no list of what is talked about in the book or what to expect? That's odd.

It's not quite as masochist as it may sound.

This is a really good book. An enjoyable read (I read it in one sitting, just under 200 pages, but the font size isn't tiny, so even guys and girls with bad eyesight should be OK) and full of great content.
I love geek magic and this book definitely deserves a place in anyone's library if they do too. DC

This is a great read and an excellent education. I especially appreciated including the history of each stunt. The first editon is limited to only 45 copies, so they may well be sold out by now. A strong part of me wishes I'd learned Geek stunts long ago, but if I had, I'd probably be tattoo'd and strang(er) by now. The Blade Box was sufficient...but that pale lingering want still hangs around when I read about the stunts. Ready to pass it on to workers.
The best broken glass act I've ever seen was a little young stripper in Aurora Illinis...the other gals were just grinding as a dance, but she really tried to put on an act...and I'm thinking she was stripping only as a venue to perform where her heart was: Geeky stuff. I knew a guy (sorry, bud, forgot your name)who swallowed dipsticks as a Fairgrounds strolling act. Very cool. This book brought back a lot of old friends to mind.

Glad you enjoyed it Tom.
There's a few still available but they shall be off sale publically soon due to a retailer picking up the book and them having the exclusive. |

I want ot mention that when I bought Swami/Mantra I started eating light bulbs. I learned that I actually scraped a lot of enamel off my teeth.
