I was sure he'd practice law well into his 90's. Sadly, he left us at too early, at age 76.
Mr. Kunstler on the U.S. death penalty: "We have become the charnel house of the Western world with reference to executions; the next closest to us is the Republic of South Africa." If Mr. Kunstler cross examined you, you were sunk! |

Okay, I just googled him. Apparently he died in 1995. Why are you only bringing his death to our attention now?

Balducci, he died in 1995????????
Sorry, I just started a newspaper delivery subscription and the paper that was left on the door step had his death on the front page. Why would they delivery an 18 year old paper? Anyway, my copy of Genni was delivered today also. Anyone going to the Vernon $1000 lecture? |

Probably the charnel house for people killed by recidivist murderers whom the judicial system leaves alive, too.

Kunstler was a brilliant radical activist lawyer, most famously remembered by many of us as the lawyer for Abbie Hoffman and the Chicago Eight back in the 60s.

Reduced to 7 after Bobby Seale was cut loose for lack of evidence.

If you remember, Seale was bound and gagged during part of the trial. Not exactly cut loose, he was tried separately and sentenced to four years (for contempt!), and served several of those years in prison.

I know Al. You wear your misspelled words like a badge of honor and while some folks don't understand it, I do my friend.

One day, you must send me a copy of your dictionary so I can learn this definition of "angry" you use so often. I'm sure I'm not familiar with it.

Yes modern man does constantly stretch the boundaries of the English language.
My grand parents taught their children the Italian language in this country. So when a fresh crop of Italian immigrants landed 50 years later and they heard my parent's speak Italian they told my parents that they talk like old people.
