Over 1,500 farmers in an Indian state committed suicide after being driven to debt by crop failure, it was reported today.

I do know for sure that has been happening on a regular basis every year.
Sad but true. Poor people go under debt and they have to resort to this. big companies go under debt and what happens ??? NOTHING. Would have liked to see some top brass at Lehman Brothers and Goldman Sachs resort to above action. |
