I have the Mark Raffles book, its a limited edition of only 500 copies, I bought it about 25 years ago at Blackpool, well worth it if you can find a copy.

There aren't that many pickpocketing DVDs around. You'll often see the same names recurring, like Byrds & Coats. To me, they aren't that great. I do know that James Brown said he would do a pickpocket DVD, which I'm keeping an eye out for. I'm not sure if the project is still alive, though.
