Does anyone know of anything about a magician (I believe a black magician) from the 1920s / 30s time period by the name of Bryant. I have a bunch of old trunks and crates with his name painted on them. I know nothing much of him other than he was possibly a black magician from that time period. Lots of webs searches and research and nothing turns up. Has anyone else heard of him. I am guessing he was a small town traveling performer. Any help would be great.
Thanks in Advance,
London

I check, and could not match the name.
How did you get the dates? Do you have a first name? Is the name formal or stage?

He may have been local talent, check the papers in your area.
Most black entertainers from that time period perform exclusively for black community, so very little press will be available.
Historical information is incredibly difficult to obtain.
