Thought at least a few of you would be interested to know that Karl Johnson's book 'The Magician and the Cardsharp: The Search for America's Greatest Sleight-of-Hand Artist' is currently available on Amazon for $0.01, plus $3.99 shipping.

The book isn't sold by Amazon, but instead through one of their market place sellers.

I've bought a couple of books via these type of sellers recently, and have been spectacuarly impressed with the quality of the product received, the shipping time, and the condition of the items. I don't know how the sellers can sell for this low and still make a profit, but they seem to manage it.

Hope this is useful to a few of you. I've already received my copy, and it came in fantastic condition.
