Hey, hope for a bit of help or direction from you guys

I want to be able to execute a hot shot cut from the bottom of the deck but whilst retaining my top stock, without the need to cut the deck after I've caught the card. Can anyone point me in the right direction with any ideas, already sourced material or one/two handed cuts that would achieve this that I could tag the hot shot cut on to the end of?
