Hilarious comedy magic! Lols os! However I have only online seen the cane to silk, and silk to cane illusion. Where did he buy all these? Links? Books or DVD's for tequniques? Cane to confetti Cane to rope Cane to huge cane Dissapearing cane to thin air Glove to cane Half cane effect 2:40 Rope to confetti I know its abit overwhelming, and some of those might be his secrets. But if theirs anywhere I could buy these effects I'd love to put them toghether into a routine of my own!
Now you're looking for the secret. But you won't find it because of course, you're not really looking. You don't really want to work it out. You want to be fooled.

Check out 'Flip' and the moves he made famous for a somewhat similar, but totally manipulative act. His Flute Act is worth watching. Check the web and his videos.

This type or magic is not taught, it uses principles in magic but is totally worked out by that performer. He uses misdirection to create most all his antics of that conductor baton.
If you want to get started with this type of magic, the information is good, but you would be good to learn the wand magic of Shoot Ogawa. This is called Flip Stick magic, and he did use a cane in this magic act. That is a very hard and difficult material to create and perform. If you wish to tackle such magic, then it will take some real hard work. He also has some totally unknown methods he was using, I don't believe this is taught anywhere. Very good magic act. Thanks I enjoyed that presentation. |

I think that almost all the moves are original to Do Ki. But we can't know. I suggest you to contact Do Ki Moon and ask that is his material original, and if it's not, then ask where the moves can be learned.

Great entertainer. Flip volume 4 goes over the flip stick move. I've played around with that principle for awhile. Great DVD and after watching it you will be inspired to try your own act out.

Oh yeah. If you are looking for a ready made routine- check out the WANDERFUL ROUTINE.
http://www.penguinmagic.com/p/S14591 I still recommend flip's video- he is the source. He will inspire you to create your magic. So many possibilities with this principle. But I've played with these wands. They are pretty good. Teaching vid is included. |

Why would you want to do someone elses material?
