The occasional hold is in Bobo's, but most of it isn't. That routine would have taken Michael Vincent months/years to get it that smooth - it's advanced! For strong magic that won't take quite so long to master, take a look at the coins across and classics chapters from Bobo's, then go back and learn the necessary sleights. I'd particularly recommend "expansion of texture" for the best skill-to-power ratio effect, and "three and three" for a simple coins across that teaches you lots of fundamental moves. Good luck on your coin journey

It's surprising to me that there is a lot of sleight of hand coin magic that isn't really hard to do but can make a person look like they are in the big leagues like Michael Vincent.

It looks like he did a few moves from The Hanging Coins near the end, but I've never seen it done so naturally. Where can I learn the Hanging Coins?

Jayzus. If you like this routine, buy his DVD.
Or you could look at Gary Kurtz. |

First time seeing that routine but it has convinced me to buy the DVDs. His moves are very smooth and as stated before Eric Jones like. Just cool and confident. A+++

Michael Vincent is a true master. Every detail is ironed out for casual appearance. The pace is perfect and his kind demeanor comes through so gently that one cannot refrain from liking him and his magic.
What if kindness was a strong misdirection as well? Marion knows about it and so does Eric Jones indeed. Maybe this is a reason for me to have befriended the three of them: no challenge, no ego trip, no dragon spitting fire at the audience, just the pleasure of sharing good magic with friends. Technically however, I would have tugged the sleeve before patting the chest... but as already stated, kindness is a strong misdirection

Michael Vincent's Coin magic is elegant - like he is!
To see a difficult thing lightly handled gives the impression of the impossible.
