The man is brilliant. Taking the floating table to the streets and selling it!

Phenomenal. One word. Phenomenal. That's actually 4 words... Or eight. Or ten...

Great performance - How many would dare to do the Table on the streets?
The presentation makes the magic.

Chris is a Master Magician and one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. I bet the guy filming the video wanted to pop that kid's balloon.

I used Losander's Table at Seaport Village in 2010 to gather crowds.
One of the challenges were the random gusts of wind that would lift my table beyond control at times. Most folks actually thought it was some kind of new kite or perhaps remote controlled. It is a perfect effect to gather crowds, because there is no real beginning and end, you can continue to perform it as long or as little as you care to, until you have a nice starter group. Often times, at the end of the program folks would ask to see the table trick once again, because it was such a powerful effect. Many other buskers thought that it was a cheap gimmick to gather crowds, but I suspected a hint of jealousy in those remarks... Most of the time I had someone whom I trusted to watch my table whilst I was performing so it wouldn't float away or get leaned on by a participant. Chris Capehart is a great guy and he certainly deserved to win The Lecturer of the Year at The AMA Awards in Beverly Hills two years ago... I sat next to him and told him that he was robbed! He reacted with much class as he clapped heartily for the award winner. |

These table are exspensive (to my taste sometimes over priced) don't you have trouble when spectators need to pass you and stumble in on the table and nocking it around. this can dammage the table. or people that put thier bag on the table thinking it is stable.
