Has anyone purchased or communicated with them lately?

I sent an inquiry almost two weeks ago, twice actually. None was replied.

I submit an order around Thursday last week and up to now the status of it hasn't been changed. So I sent out an e-mail yesterday asking about it. I haven't received any reply or response.

Anyone has different or similar response?

Oh, it's www dot worldmagicshopdotcom and I believe they're U.K.-based vendor. From their contact phone number and currency they're using.

Anyone? I put my order on August 31st, and the status hasn't been changed. I'm not sure if there is a glitch in their system or just not being processed. However, it takes too long. The website didn't say if it's out of stock so definitely there shouldn't be any problem with the packaging..

I've sent out e-mails with no response..

Oh wow, this is starting to **** me off.

That would be my first and last time ordering from them. Five e-mails, and no response at all. Order status hasn't been changed for 6 days while payment has been done on the date the order was submitted.

Clearly very poor customer service (if they actually have it).

Failed Magician, no offense, but I'm beginning to see...a pattern. Where do you live? The U.S.? I find our overseas friends have difficulty from time to time. I'm going to do a bit of investigation here. I highly regard Craig and Dave. We don't need THIS type of publicity, especially here in the Café. Stay tuned...

Placed a order with them on the 17th September.No order yet,very slow with orders and I live in the UK.No more business from me.Magicbox is the way to go.

Hi Doug and everyone,

Very sorry to hear about this.

As from today everyone is back at the unit after a busy week preparing and attending the LADs convention. Also we have had to deal with some issues regarding the health of our business partner Jim Trainer but that is not any kind of excuse. This matter is now being dealt with and always feel free to call us if you are in the uk. We do have staff at the unit every day excluding Sunday.

Jon has asked me to say please phone him or email him at jonathanfarr@worldmagicshop.com and he will deal with it personally.

We hate mistakes but love to rectify them ;-)

Hi Failed, could you PM me you email address? All emails are usually answered within a few days! I will do a search when I get back in the office and see where it is!

In regards to orders, our system is currently in the process of a revamp, this should eliminate stock status issues. We know people would prefer accurate availability status' Unfortunately, items DO become out of stock and unavailable on a daily basis.

As there are roughly 20 thousand different products available to us - keeping up to date with availability can be difficult, especially as well as online, we have a walk in store and also attend many dealer dems, conventions, lectures etc!

I know myself how frustrating it is to have to wait for an item. Magic products, unlike mainstream products, are specialist. They are not produced in the millions!

If there is anything I can help with, feel free to drop me a PM but I am only on the Café a few times a week, through fear of losing track of time reading through the latest and Greatest forum!

I knew these guys would come through! These guys are top of the line! Dave, Craig, you do a GREAT job! I depend on your show. Seeing complaints like this, is like a kick in the b*llux. All is well now! I'm still watching Ammar, as that has NOT been resolved. Nothing to do with this, though. Thanks guys! You got a great team! Smile
