As it happens privacy and cybersecurity issues took center stage in the mean time. not sure what the Trans Pacific Trade Treaty will do in the short term.
And it looks like it's going to be a cold wet winter.

Well yes and so I have been on ebay buying hand knitted Aran jumpers and cardigans which are cool, warm and cheap. All I need now is a pair of Persol Shades for Christmas, my two front teeth and I am sorted.

She was hot even when it was cold.
They have recruited many stars to promote climate hysterics now, have you noticed? That it is of course a standard propaganda technique. The suckers are buying it like hot cakes, regardless of how cold they are.

I find it interesting that they are now using spiritual leaders like the Pope to send their message. "Come on, Padre, get on board with this one. They believe that line about Christ rising from the dead, they'll buy ANYTHING from you!"

Nothing wrong with a Pope having social conscience, even when I disagree with him.
Some may even consider it a good thing.

Is it the Pope as a MAN who is commenting, or the Pope as a representative of a religion? I think there is a difference.

In the Bible, the nation is judged by how it treated the widow and the orphan, the poor and the sojourner within their borders, and the prophets came again and again.
I think the Pope is perfectly right to engage the powers that be about the things like climate change and immigration that might affect the poor of the world, hunger or about liberating the oppressed... That is his job. |

Neither do Baptists or Scientologists or Buddhists or Magnetized Water salesmen. |
