Just got this, and it is great. Already working on a routine with the skeleton key. This is really killer.

Awesome! Smile Mixing and Matching.

You da man, Six!

That's an excellent way to do business and make your customers happy.

One man gone and another to go, my old buddy you're moving much too slow

The doll find her new french house. It is mine!
Firstly I was a little afraid by using the gimmick but after several times I have to say there is no more stress to do it.
I didn't find the "extra" you talk, for internationnal client, in the letter...

I really like this, but wondering how I can use this at corporate events and if my audience will accept it as I'm often in a suit and tie.

Also, I'm familiar with the gimmick, but does it hurt your hand?

I do corporate, coat and tie won't make any difference. I perform the haunted key at every show and have done so for 30 years. Will not hurt your hand.

This looks like the best version of this effect to date. Previously that appellation belonged to Fukai's VooDoo doll, which is no longer available.

Only out of curiosity as to the workings of this forum (and for no other reason), I will ask ... doesn't the initial post of this thread violate the the rules as stated in the topic 'FORUM RULES-READ before posting', at the top of the page? i.e., "Finally, those individuals who come to this forum expecting to receive free advertising, think again. Obvious commercial posts e.g., now taking pre-orders, Our new product will ship on ... We are offering a special if you order now, I accept PayPal, etc.) will be removed and the offending member may be banned at the discretion of management."

I am personally glad that you posted here, as it is where I came across this item. I was just wondering if the above is just a "rule" that is rarely enforced.

I actually thought that was the reason this forum existed.

That's what happens here a good number of times in this forum.

I'm actually surprised to see those rules here, since I never bothered to read them.

Very interesting.....

I second you on that Jack (second you lol, got the meaning right this time)

I Just read those rules for the first the first time, and it even says that people are PROHIBITED from reviewing the product. Doiing so can also get you banned. In that case all you guys who reviewed it are going to jail, Smile haha lol "Just kidding". But I guess, "The Latest and Greatest" has been shifted in the direction that the majority of its users have intended it to go. I feel that as soon as it seems to be "SPAMMING" or "BASHING" of any given effect, that is when people will complain. I don't think any of that has gone one here, so lets continue sharing with eachother, Smile

On a more positive NOTE: People have been sharing GREAT ideas on how to better present your Doll, Even going as far as charing it, some mark it, some wax it...Would love to hear some MORE ideas on how to bring character to your Doll. This may be a great way to answer "JoshLondonMagic" question about performing it in a suit.

> MY idea for JoshLondonMagic would be, to present it as though he has travelled the world performing in some exotic places in search of different Forms of magic, and that while overseess, he was given this Voodoo Doll...etc. (I don't know if this would be too taboo, for your taste)

Applesauce for everyone. Smile

This thread (I've read the entire thread) has reallv, REALLY piqued my desire to buy this item.

Still offering free shipping to the U.S.?

Posted: Nov 7, 2013 9:16am
I just noticed Penguin is not offering free shipping on this item.

So if you guys are still offering free shipping, with alacrity I'll order from you and save the four or five bucks which I really can't afford.
The difficult must become easy, the easy beautiful and the beautiful magical.

Ok. Looks like Penguin loses on this one. And they are usually right on it when it comes to free shipping.

I've been monitoring this thread since day one. After reading all of the positive reviews and how great these System 6 guys have been throughout the process, I placed my order earlier today.

While I don't want to give away my entire script I've come up with, I will say American Horror Story:Coven has greatly influenced it. Happy Haunting!

Ok.. I just received it. Very disappointed with the quality, teaching on the DVD is horrible.. JOOOOOOOOOKE, this is one of my best magic purchase of the year !

The doll smells old, looks old, feels old.. THe gimmick is so small that you don't have to worry about it. Teaching on the DVD is superb, one negative point, I'm scared by the music on the menu.. Smile You have to get the "knack" (Pretty sure it's not how this word is written ^^) but it's very easy and I just f***** love it !

I will make a video about it tomorrow, a review video, can't wait to tell good thing about it !

(Due to the shipping, my DVD case was broken, just a minor issue, the doll is safe)

It would be great if they would explain exactly how they modified their doll and post a picture of it. Others would then know how to go about it and how it is going to look,
before they begin any charing, marking, waxing, etc.

After Reading all the great concepts and ideas with the Haunted Doll being shared, I felt it would only be right to share the song I use when I perform this in Parlor situations...

"Behold the Darkness" by Medwyn Goodall (Available on Itunes)

Hear it on Youtube here : http://youtu.be/qMfoRqbS-Ko?t=37s

When performing it walk around, I like to build up to my Haunted doll; meaning I feel it should not come across as just another "trick" For example I build up by speaking about "The different types of magic, you've got slight of hand, (Perform a Signed card to Pocket) But there are types of magic that are less spoken about, like *black magic or Voodoo* Thus introducing my Creepy souvenir while performing in Haiti. Smile AKA my Haunted Doll. The Build up helps my audience differentiate the difference between slights and what I want them to believe is more "Unexplainable Magic"

MSini : You Order will be sent Priority (2-3 Day) Smile *On us/ Cuz you ROck

AlexDLF : I almost had a heart attack with your first sentence... What a relief! Happy to hear it's already *Up and working* hehe (No Pun intended) Would love to hear what presentation your gonna bring to it.

Brad Jeffers : I have written to several guys, who sent us private messages on how they have worked on their dolls, I've kindly asked them to visit this post and share there ideas (possibly with pictures)

More Love, Mas Hugs, and Applesauce for All
