Have you googled all of these...should be pretty easy to find what you are looking for

Its just to give creddits on an upcoming coin video but I will love to know the REAL story and as for the finguer palm for example since its as old as the hands and coins... I will love to have the first published one at least

Stuart Gordon or did not publish his double turnover. It leaked into print by way of a publisher wishing to give credit.
John Ramsay's fingerpalm subtlety was explained by his student Andrew Galloway in The Ramsay Legend, 1969.
