I'm looking for suggestions for a company that will print a design for a fanning deck. I sent a design to one custom playing card company, but the deck that they sent me was cut from a rather thick, plastic-coated stock that made fanning (especially pressure-fanning) impossible, even with fanning powder.

It is also important of course that the deck be printed with the design colors going all the way to the edge of the cards--i.e., no white border--although I would like the top and right side edge to have a white design to permit a "Zinab" deck style presentation that can show a fan that is blank on both sides. (I have in my collection a European deck that is a Zinab-like design, but it, too, is made of a rather thick card stock.)
