I am going to be in Toronto during the last week of November on a business trip and was wondering if there are any close up shows, lectures happening that week in the downtown area

Also any recommended magic shops ? I've heard of the Browsers Den

Browser's Den is the only shop in Toronto these days. Great shop, Jeff the owner is a really nice guy and the shop is pretty well stocked.

As for lectures and events, you can check the browsersden.com for events.

If you were a bit earlier (this coming weekend) you'd be here for Dani DaOrtiz

End of the month might be more challenging for lectures thought there is a small group of guys that hang out semi frequently. Try to make a trip to the shop on a saturday afternoon and introduce yourself to the table.
