"Dad Branded Unfit Parent For Refusing To Take Son To McDonald's, Lawsuit Says"
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/11/08......3D403610 One of the most ridiculous leverage issues I've seen in a long time. Idiots like this psychologist scarring a man's name and clogging up our courts should be tarred and feathered.

And run out of town on a rail. (Isn't that traditional after a tarring and feathering?)
I agree with you. |

Heard this one on the radio. Bear in mind, the guy's story is, "She said I was an unfit parent just because I didn't take my son to McDonald's.". The psychologist's story - and her report - hasn't come out yet.

Guess they forgot to tell Bill Buckley. "...as we reason and love, we are able to hope. And hope enables us to resist those things that would enslave us." |

That makes a big difference. I seriously doubt that the psychologist actually said that. I'm betting it was more like telling him that he needed to spend more time with his kid doing things the kid likes to do. And the guy responds with, "So I'm unfit because I won't take my kid to McDonalds?" even if the psychologist never mentioned the restaurant.

When I was in high school, we used to say there were three sides to every story - his, hers, and the truth. Post law school, it's now the plaintiff's, the defendant's, and the truth.

OK, let's wait for the outcome (bet we never hear it).
In the meantime, rather than discuss marital discord, here's a different slant on the topic of fast food. http://www.buzzfeed.com/regajha/a-japane......_1911572

It's hard to make money with a little working man's café if you try to sell decent food and it's also hard work. I know because we bought one last week. It seemed a good idea at the time.
If there is a single truth about Magic, it is that nothing on earth so efficiently evades it.
