Just checking what you think would be the 3 most requested alcoholic beverages and the 3 most popular nonalcoholic beverages (non carbonated )
Working up a routine you see. Kind of like the magic kettle. wondering what you would choose or what you think your crowd would? For example, I was thinking: 1) Whisky (not to start a debate of Scotch vs Bourbon)... 2) Brandy 3) Gin and 1) Orange Juice 2) Cranberry Juice 3) Apple Juice

I vote:
1: Wine 2: Whiskey 3) Tequila I'd say beer, but it gets warm and flat pretty quick. You don't want your audience to spit it out. I'd use a darker whiskey and blanca tequila for color contrast. Just my opinion... |

Real Ale
whiskey and Dark Rum would get my vote.
By failing to prepare, we are preparing to fail.

Having spent many years behind a bar and working in restaurants, beer and wine were consistently at the top of the list, and probably the most common at parties. But you have the carbonation issue with beer. Hard liquor is a tricky call, because the top sellers are usually combined with a mixer, i.e. rum & coke, vodka & OJ, Margarita, etc. Shot liquors like tequila and Jägermeister probably top that list in the average singles' bar. Other liquors ordered up or neat are distant thirds. A lot will depend on the audience, too. Non-alcoholic: water, coffee and tea, no question.

I am finally getting around to the Ancient Mysteries objects.
http://www.carcosa-collection.com/thresh......2397.jpg The true believer, it can transform water into a King's favourite beverage.... for the heretic - deadly acid... for those on the fence, it just stays water. Care for a drink? These are hell to make though... but once I get it down I might make a run of 13.... just working on the routining now and other odds and ends to make perhaps a kit.
