Looking at buying this, but have been dissapointed by dvd's in the past that use more trick coins than non. Which style of coin does this dvd rely on more? A guess at percentage? 30% gimmick 70% reg? thanks for any help!

There is only one routine on the DVD that requires a gaff, and it's just one simple gaff. The majority of the DVD is pure sleight of hand.

You will not find any strange gimmick in any of Mr Kam's dvds. Just the two most common!!

These DVDs are superb magic and the alleged confrontation regular/gaffed coins debate is vain in this case. If you are willing to invest the time in the routines described in the "Fists of Fury" DVD series (which I would definitely recommand you to do) then the investment in the common gaffs that are used in the DVDs will appear as a very reasonable and natural investment. You may even find fun is reasearching how you would perform some of the effects with, for example, a TUC that didn't exist when Curtis shared with us the blessings of his mind.
I've had a lot of pleasure in doing this and in replacing the purse type in the few effects that require the use of a purse, so as to profit from technical methods around the purse as well as around the coin. Try TUC, Flipper Coin and blade purses with side pocket...

I have used Kainoa Harbottle's 2nd sequence of his repeat coins from nostril and is a kicker. Everything on the DVD is amazing and you will find something in there that you can add to your routines.
Current things to work on: Everything loops, Pinky count, Coins coins coins...

I am a fan of the Kam series. As mention K H, is featured on some of them.
Also McClintock has some great stuff. Harris still with palms of aluminum foil, for a lighter touch in coin magic
