I am looking to purchase a bulk order of custom playing cards and was wondering if someone knows of a cheap manufacturer (in Australia?) that can produce high quality playing cards, similar to USPC.

I don't know of any in Australia. There is a company in Las Vegas that prints cards for casinos. They do custom backs. The cards are usually thinner than the U.S. Playing Cards that magicians prefer here (Bikes) but then casinos change out decks every eight hours or so. Also, there are companies which produce a variety of advertising items and some of them do custom decks of cards. Finally, I have heard of wedding planners, family reunions planners, and other such businesses that can get custom cards printed. None of these will be even as high a quality as the casino cards though. I hope this helps.
