Hey all,

Some years back an acquaintance showed me a DVD of a guy doing a bunch of different false shuffles and, I believe, some other sleights. It was oriented more towards card sharps than magicians and mentalists. I'm hoping somebody might recognize it from my description.

It starts out with a guy meeting another guy at a racetrack to find out where he can find the real goods. The guy at the track tells the other guy where he should go. It's a small casino, maybe a California card club. The guy walks to the back room and there's the guy with all of the moves. After that little preamble it's more like a conventional magic DVD. The guy does a false shuffle in real time and then he does it as slowly as possible and at various angles. I think he showed a dozen or more shuffles and other sleights.

IIRC the shuffle expert had blond hair and looked to be in his late thirties or so.

Does this sound familiar to anyone?

Thanks
