Hey, hey, hey. Um... all in good fun. "BOOM!" - Jay Sankey
After much soul searching about a signature, I decided not to have one.

Watching videos of my shows showed me lots of movement, and words/sounds I was not aware of.
I too was a Toastmaster..Seemed like we had a penny or a quarter jar for something as well. Also seeing others do something can be a mirror check for us. Harris

"Hey" is the vocalization of, in EZ's case, the emotion of surprise. It is deliberate on EZ's part. And when EZ says it, it gets a laugh from the kids every time, because EZ's emotions are expressed in ways that tickle kids' funny bones. Some people can deliver a laugh, some can't. EZ does. |

Would you be referring to a "catch phrase".

Haven't seen EZ's video. But if it's intentional, like a catch phrase or running gag, that's s good thing. But if it's unconscious, then it's a bad habit which has to be unlearned.

I am glad you are enjoying it Eric. Others are enjoying it too, except for Mike Brezler and Rodney Palmer.

Do you find yourself saying your catch phrase while off stage.
I remember working Ren Fest...and coming off with my Australian (I liked it better than a bad english/cockney accent used by many) while not performing. Harris still 2 old to know it all
