Hello friends! I'm asking for instructions of how to make an invisible pocket to a vest. I would also like some information about invisible pockets on pants and suits.
Thank you!

Here is a sports coat with 23 pockets. They also do vests and shirts:

There is no such thing as invisible pockets. They are usually positioned just out of sight of the audiences line of sight. There is no generic pocket, they are all placed for a certain use and trick. To get an idea, check out dove magic, Billiard Ball magic, thimble magic, and coin magic information on concealment. Once you know the basics, you can then make and design them for your needs.

The pattern of cloth you use and how well you match the edges of the pocket to the other cloth in the vest can make the pocket nearly invisible, especially if the pocket is placed in an unexpected place. Like a pocket placed at hip level between the front and back panel of the vest that only holds a thumb tip.

You can put pockets near the edges of the garment on the inside so they can be accessed by pulling down your vest from the bottom.

You can put a pocket under your lapel.

Knowing what you want the pocket to hold and where your hands would normally be during the routine can suggest size and placement possibilities.

It is a good idea to pin or baste test pockets onto the vest to test size and placement first because our first ideas on what we want are not usually as workable as we think.

Don't forget that pockets can be odd shapes and placed at an angle for easy access. These tests can save you a lot of work or money and also could keep you from losing valuable coins and the like from pockets that dump thing if you lean the wrong way.

Don't expect your tailor to invent what you want, they will fail.

You might consider a Toppit as well.

Dividers in pockets can reduce "talking".

You'll gain weight as you pocket up and you have to keep track of it all mentally as well. You don't have to carry everything you own (a lesson I'm still working on LOL).

I have just received one of these Sports jackets with 23 pockets
http://www.scottevest.com/v3_store/SeV-Sportcoat.shtml

There are many pockets but one in particular is an iPad pocket on the left inside of the jacket. It measures 18 inch along the bottom hem from the button section of the jacket. the pocket height from the bottom hem is 15 inches.
I believe this could easily be converted into a Michael Ammar type Topit or similar without too much work.
One thing I noticed is that there are no traditional inside breast pockets in the jacket but it does have 2 inside pen slots on each side of the jacket.
If anyone wants more information on this, just ask.
Kind regards
