What does that mean?
Does mean it is illegal, that those who have committed the crime, are going to be prosecuted? Or does it mean, well it's just unconstitutional and that is that? Maybe it means: So what if it's unconstitutional! We are all happy on our happy pills anyway ain't we? Or When somebody in the USA does something that is 'against the law' and are they caught then what happens to them these days? What happens to the people who informed on these crooks, do they get rewarded? "Orwellian"! Is the judge one of them there conspiracy nuts!

Just heard they are going to give Ed Snowden a large cash reward for providing the information that led to the discovery and capture of criminals who have been proven without a shadow of a doubt to have been operating on an international scale, breaking and entering, stealing IP, and perjuring themselves before the US people's representative assembly.
Ah ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha! Suckers. Everybody back on their heads, tea time is over.
