Hey all!
Just wondering if you guys know of any well-rounded and highly active magic training programs with an organized course load--sort of like the Tarbell Courses, but more modernized and in-person, or interactive online. I know Aaron Fisher has a program, but I'm talking about something more well rounded to include teachings in all facets of magic. Thanks! Neemdog |

Look into John Carney's program. It may be more to your liking.

It's a surprise to me that with the sheer number of conservatory subjects and programs taught in the states, there's no 4 year magic training program. It seems that any training which is available is individually run.

And of course there are camps like Tannen's Magic Camps, but I'm just wondering if there's something a little more intense out there--year long, headstrong commitment, maybe graded with official certificate. I just feel that if something like this existed, it would turn the whole game around.
Without a doubt in my mind, Magic is an artform just as valid as any I've come across in conservatory degree programs around the US. |

With all these suggestions, just wondering to what extent people feel that learning magic in a classroom like setting is effective?
Would love a discussion going on this. |
