Technically no, the the TWIAD set is shaved down from what I understand. However, I guess he could have gotten the morgans shaved as well.

Not sure why you feel the TWIAD set isn't used. Certainly could have been, as I see it.

Looks like a TWIAD set to me, the TWIAD set is made with a genuine, FULL THICKNESS C/S coin. As for a Sun and Moon set, the C/S is made thinner.
Samoya can be done with a Sun and Moon set, as long as the copper shell fits over the ungaffed silver coin. Bobby
