Unfortunately I've never found a cheap but decent quality box wall-frame for just a few cards but I would have thought you can have one made for less than the cost of the above two suggestions.

You can pick up vintage 2-deck wooden boxes pretty cheap on ebay. They wouldn't be on a wall I know but I think that wall displays flatten the object and make it harder to appreciate as a deck of cards. I would say the wooden box is the natural home for a paper deck of cards.
