...at the big auction site. All from the same seller whose other items are all sports "collectibles".

Draw your own conclusions.

Strange thing is they claim, and seem to show a 100% positive record, but one comment says "Theseare the fakest shoes ever made and no returns this is a pathetic seller"

How is that possible or did the buyer just hit the positive rating when they meant negative?

Ebay seller ratings no longer mean what they once did. They can be manipulated. I don’t trust the seller at all. Buyer beware.

With all that has been posted here about him, any members here who buy something of his deserves what they get. Simple as that!

I'm not sure this seller is the one you are thinking of. Frank doesn't live in San Jose. The Morgan CSB looks pretty sweet to me.

I know a lot of the local magic guys here in San Jose but no one that's also into sports collectibles. Usually the local guys chat with each other about who is selling what. I'll ask around.

Agreed with algebraic. It's best to buy from Todd to insure authenticity and quality gaffs!

I want to add my 2 cents or warning. Hackers are able to modify sellers profiles get rid of/ modify negative reviews, increase number of sales, increase number of purchases.... I know this first hand because I was scammed by a seller. After hours of research I found him in a hacker forum asking for help and offering payment to increase his number of sales and modify his feedback. After 5 days of emails demanding refund, negative review, report to eBay seller was scamming, and refund from PayPal- he still offered to sell his user name- to say the least his username is no longer on eBay. If you want to get an idea or want freak yourself out checkout the public form on

Fake Facebook profile removal tool

PayPal's confirmed emails

Here's what I learned from this obviously if it's to good to be true it is ...but ....messaging the seller and asking specific detailed question about the item, pictures, to lower the price, why are they selling it...anything you can think of. This has helped me when I have bought from sellers
Hope this helps.

If a person is going to spend that kind of money on coins, its always good to see and feel the item before hand. Else, buy from the originator. too many imperfections and defects cannot be seen with a picture.
