Oh cool, now I can see it too. Beautiful and really even nicer than the dark dawn backs.

I just got my deck!
These cards are gorgeous and once again Outlaw & Stoltz do not disappoint. The artwork is exceptional. Stoltz really captured the style of the era and yet created completely original designs. And the added Outlaw touch is perfect. This is now my "go to" deck and likely will be for a long time to come. Now excuse me while I go try to understand all of the intricate symbolism in these beautiful cards... |

I just got these today. I seriously got these like 2 days after I ordered them and I live on the opposite side of the USA. I absolutely love them! One of the reasons I had held off on these was that for some reason I had it in my head they were playing card size which to me is a big turn off. They are not. The back design is one of my favorites yet. If you are a reader or a collector I would definitely recommend getting these cards. All of my Outlaw Tarot gets constantly complimented and these are sure to be a hit. These will probably be my new cards to use with WA as well. I normally use DDT but I think these are an even better fit. These are without a doubt one of the most unique sets of cards I own. Aging looks great also. I would go on and on because I love cool tarot but I am at work and the store just filled up with ppl.

I got these last week and have been getting acquainted with them. I love the simplicity of the line drawings; the images themselves have a depth to them, a richness; they are wonderfully evocative. I can't stop contemplating them! It's a 26 card deck; the Major Arcana and 4 "jokers" (great images of the cup, sword, pentacle & wand together). The jokers are optional to my mind and I probably won't be using them much. But having them in play gives you the entire alphabet which will be useful at times.... The m@rks on the great looking backs are very easy to read for my old eyes, a very clever system to them giving you a wealth of information... These are great tarot cards, great looking, useful & very practical. I'll be picking up a back up deck soon. My hat off to Stoltz & Roth for creating such a gem!

His one- man show is energetic at this moment in time, the last stages of different projects coming to fruition. If he had any in house staff working with him, he'd be able to give more comforting emails saying "don't worry". Instead, he's aging items, hassling with the binder, artisan, witch, demon etc.... I'm waiting on stuff myself. I'm not sweating it because I know the value of the gems I've already received. It's worth the wait... |

Received mine this morning (UK customer)and I have to say they are absolutely amazing! Well worth the wait, thanks Roth! However I didn't get any instructions on how to read the markings on the back? Did this come separate as an email or was I supposed to receive it with the cards?

Just received mine. Very nice indeed. A careful first examination reveals these cards to have a rich set of values and signs for the reader that can launch into a thousand different directions. Taken at face value, without regard to their 'special' characteristics, this intimate Major Arcana will soon be a much sought after tool. The set is so versatile and can be used within the communication dialectic at many different levels and schemes. Those that have the Ring will notice some common symbols too. Don't miss this one.

Everything written in the previous posts gives you all of the information. As an owner of several different decks of traditional tarot cards, the Dark Dawn, Traditional Carnie Elite, and the Four Corners are now my favorites. Regular tarot decks just can't compete with the care and attention that go into these. As a magician/mentalist these cards present so much opportunity. As an actual tarot reader, they carry all of the distinct caring energy that they are crafted from. Each deck has its strengths, but I immediately see that Four Corners is versatile. While Dark Dawn is so bizarre and creepy, that can be a problem in performances and readings where that's not the vibe you're going for; yet you want that special deck. That unique look and feel of an Outlaw Deck, without the overtly dark images, is what the Four Corners provides.
For those of you who are waiting, it's worth the wait. Each deck has taken a lot of time for me to receive, I think because I've been at the back end of batches. I also suspect Rick is like any other human being, and has his plate really full. Just email him. He has always responded to me within a day or two, sometimes within the hour, and given me the scoop. I have several Outlaw items. They are all very truly art works. They take time. One last observation. During readings and performances, I've had people immediately drawn to these items. I had one New Age reader who saw them, go on and on about how she had heard of these rare cards. They are that believable. Use with care. |
